Purchase Policies

Please email or call David to complete the payment at 312-863-9045 or david@DLGalleries.com and he will return shortly. 

  • We are happy to accept your credit or debit card for an additional 3.5% fee on your total purchase amount.
  • There is no additional credit /debit card fee on payments made via Zelle/Quick pay or Venmo.
  • Items will be shipped within 10-15 business days of cleared payment.
  • Note that all items picked up from the gallery must pay 10% sales tax.
  • There is no sales tax if we ship out of state.
  • Insured USPS shipping is available at an additional cost.
  • All payments to the gallery are non-refundable.
  • Some items may require multiple electronic payments.
  • All prices are subject to change.
  • All sales are final.
  • No Refunds.

DLG Payment Plan:

  • 25% deposit with 3 payments over 3 months at no additional interest.
  • In the event purchaser fails to abide by the terms of the contract, a DLG merchandise credit for like-kind artwork will be offered in the amount paid to DLG.
